So i got married in june 2017 and i applied for AOS in Sept 2017. In may 2019 the application was denied and i filed a new application in October 2018. We were called for interview in June 2019 and in July i received my card which dated 06/29/2019 - 07/01/2019. I want to assume i got the 10 years straight because i was already married for two years. But my question is, am i eligible for Naturalization next year seen that i wil be married for 3 years by then but not 3 years as a resident .

No.  You need both

YMMV

The dates on your post are slightly messed up. :P

Regarding your question, you received the 10 years GC because at the moment of approval, you've been married for over 2 years. But YOU ARE NOT eligible for naturalization. You need to wait until Jun 29th, 2022 to file.

I assume you meant 06/29/2019 - 07/01/2029 You are not qualified. You residence since date would not be 3 years.  It's 3 years married + 3 years residence since -90 days. You will be eligible 03/30/2022.
