Did you sign the form? Correct amount on the check? It must've been something easy to overlook

Of course. First thing I did after we signed a new lease. They still sent the ROC reminder to the old address.

Looks like could be pretty much anything, but most common seems to be incorrect payment and a required document not enclosed. Apparently a lot of time stuff is just lost on its way from their mail room to an officer.

It got rejected because of mixed payment forms. I sent a check and a credit card authorization (split the $680.00). Apparently that doesn't work.🙈😩😂

Everything that I sent in now has a barcode at the bottom...

Hmm that doesn’t seem right. I split up my payments (1 certified check for form fee and the other for the biometric fee) and we got our extension this past Saturday.

If you used a check for both that's okay.

You cannot use a check AND a credit card. It has to be ONE form of payment.

I noticed that the letter says we can still send more supporting documents, has anyone thought of that? We only submitted:

Last bill for joint health insurance with health insurance card

Two joint car loans

Last joint LADWP bill

Last will and testament naming me as one of the beneficiaries

Multiple flight tickets 

Over 20 photos

Joint savings account

Joint business credit

My husband added to my business as a stakeholder 

Joint commercial lease 

Do you guys think we should send more stuff like LADWP bills with different dates, Facebook page printouts and chat printouts?

Didn’t u include tax file / transcripts?
