Hi all,

My husband sent 130 packet on July 2nd and he received a text saying your case was received and the receipt number is IOE######. When I check the case online it says “On July 8, 2019, we received your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, Receipt Number IOE#######, and mailed you a receipt notice. It is being processed at our Integrated Operating Env location. The notice describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice.”

this is the first time I’m seeing IOE. Where and what exactly is it?

 IOE – ELIS (e-Filing);

Yes that’s what I got to know from the internet.

Your profile is 0% complete! It is integrated operating env location. Will my case go to another service center after a few days? How to know the processing time with “IOE”? I’m so confused

We filed recently by paper for wife's parents. Received an IOE number. A few days later we received letters stating it was being transferred to Nebraska then about four days we received the I797 letter from Nebraska.

We received a letter and our center is Potomac. I was checking the timelines and to receive NOA2, it is taking 4-5 months but for NVC it is taking another 4-5 months for the interview date. I find that weird. No matter which center your case goes to, it IS going to take 12-14 months.

Be glad you are going through Potomac! We applied in April 2018 and our case went through Nebraska. Approval took 10 months and we are still at NVC. The website was recently quoting 11-14 months to get NOA2 at Nebraska. Texas and Potomac take half the time.... you are lucky!

You will receive it in your mail box after a few days(6-7 days) once you get the text.
