Did you include the form for txt notification with your AOS pkt? I also have notification from informed delivery that the hard copies are arriving in the mail today......

Yeah we included 1 for AOS and 1 for EAD. I also called the bank last week on friday and the money orders haven't been cashed out.

I tried to change mine to my married name after we got married but because my i-94 was due to expire within 14 days of my request, they didn't allow me to change it. Still have my maiden name one though so that is what I will be using for now.

Can someone please give me advise on obtaining a drivers licence or state ID in Massachusetts? Can’t find anything online. I sent my packet last week got delivered on Thursday so haven’t heard anything yet.

Hello, not from MA but we are neighbors. We are from NH. Our DMV is just asking for NOA1 (to show that the Adjustment of Status is already on process) + SSN.

We mailed our AOS (I-485), EAD (I-765), AP (I-131), Affidavit of Support (I-864) packet on July 24th (Wednesday). We received a text notification for all three forms with our receipt numbers on July 31st (Wednesday). Our check cleared on July 29th (Monday). We just received our 797 for AOS, EAD and AP today, August 5th. Now just waiting for our biometrics schedule. We are from New Hampshire. Our number of immigrants are nothing compared to the bigger cities maybe that's why it's quicker? Really starting to think it depends on where you live and the work load of your local USCIS. Good luck to everyone.

My AOS (K1) was delivered to USCIS Chicago Lockbox via FedEx on July 8th. At 4am August 5th, 28 days since it arrived, I saw the $1,225 fee deducted from my bank account. I am expecting a text notification and NOA1 in the next few days. Hang in there. I guess Chicago lockbox is experiencing a delay but it seems AOS will get processed. Hopefully under 30 days.

Same thing for me, I sent mine in on July 5th, considering the holiday I expected a delay but I wasn't expecting 26 days of waiting while it does seems to be normal with everyone on our month. Hopefully a much smoother process after this.

What was on the back of the DS-3025?  Mine is one page with nothing on the back.  It says page "1 of 2" but there is still only just the one page that I received from my physician.  I looked it up online and it looks like page 2 doesn't have information that would be pertinent to my case, but now I'm concerned.  Does everyone except me have both pages?

Maybe it depend on the visit you went for the medical issuer (likely?) or if it has something to do with the consulate issuing the DS-3025. I'll snap a pic later.
