Monday is Columbus Day and it's a federal holiday so that could set it back another day as well.

Dearest USCIS

 

Today is the day VJ envisaged the 10th to be adjudicated - this morning the  sun was Shining extra brightly here in denmark Fall is looming so it have been raining to .. so much infact that my workplace today was found under not just one but two Rainbows ... and to add to the story - on my drive home my apartment was also to be found under not one but two Rainbows...

 

I accept the Signalling efforts  - the bottle post and the smoke signals as well as the snailmail notice however haven’t reached me just yet - neither have the status update on your website..

 

Please feel free to update the status on your website - we are SO ready to celebrate the progress-and status change to NOA2

So I just called USCIS to check our status, and she said it was processing, and that they're working on March 19 K-1 apps. She told me the next step is the biometrics appointment for me to get my fingerprints and pictures taken. I've not read this anywhere. Am I missing something?

Also, I filled in Part 4 as about the beneficiary, not petitioner, due to everything beforehand was for the beneficiary. I've read that is wrong. Did anyone else make that mistake or get an RFE for it? Now I'm upset cus this can delay our process!!

Part 4 the Biographic Information? That section is for the petitioner.

Hopefully  they will simply require you to provide additional information - not causing a noticeable delay- fingers crossed.

 

i initially filled out the form just like you but at a 3rd review realized my mistake.
