Submitted on June 20th and haven't heard from NVC yet. All those who submitted in those dates and got DQ, did you call NVC before you got DQ?

I didn't call NVC to have DQ, but I think you can call 3 weeks after submission to inquire about it.

No interview date yet. Been almost a month now, so just trying to be patient!

It's been only a week for me. Fingers crossed for you, to get an interview date soon! Do you know what is the delay with the Australian embassy?

I'm not so sure for France, but it's the summer holidays now so I assume everything is slowing down.

hi i have a question i am uploading my joint sponsor’s 2018 tax return form.

do i need to  upload all pages of the return or some specific pages?

and if the tax return was filed electronically, do they still need to be signed? I read it aomewhere if preparer’s PTIN number is on the form they dont need to be signed.

i am so confused.

Any suggestions please!

Yes you need to upload all pages of the return, including his W2s if he is employed by another. It is highly recommended you submit IRS tax transcripts in lieu of actual returns because consular officers and NVC are trained to read those. Regardless, you need to send W2s or an explanation if your joint sponsor is a business owner.

I don't know about the PTIN preparer signature eliminating your need to sign, I would assume it does because the IRS accepts that as a valid form of submission. But if you submit transcripts, that eliminates any possible problem at the NVC because it isn't a signed document.

still waiting, re-submitted 6/24 and have asked for supervisor escalation 2 days ago. I guess some are lucky and have received their DQ, it's just very random when NVC reviews the cases on the queue.

Resubmitted on June 25, requested supervisor review right at 3 week mark, and just received DQ 24 hours later.

Once you call after your 3 weeks elasped, they automatically put you under supervisor review. It is hit or miss. I had a supervisor review at the end of June and it was reviewed within 2 days. There are other threads describing supervisor review as a last resort because people have been caught in it for longer than 6 weeks. I'm trying to decide if I should call or not, today is my 3 weeks and I am debating whether supervisor review is the right option.
