Anyone here with waivers?

Nothing updated, no charge, no return, no update on my file, no extension

They don't even have my file on record.

On hold again, trying to see if I can get some update but ...wondering if anyone else has filed with divorce or other waivers

Glad I found this now! My husband I sent in his petition and it was confirmed pickup form the Dallas PO Box on 7-17-19. Heard the processing times are much longer now than they were years ago?

Keep trying and never give up...also mentioned the name of the person who signed and the date it was received.

My corrected package was also received July 16 10am but I have not yet received a text message. Fingers are crossed

Hi guys, 

 

Two days ago I received a text that they've received my package and I'm waiting to receive the extension letter.  HOWEVER, I just received in the mail the entire photo album I sent with about 100 photos with a letter saying that it's not the right format and it can't be placed in my file. What do I do now???

don't worry.  just print photos in colour and submit that.

did they not send instructions?  If not...Put your receipt number, copy of their cover letter and send to same address I would think.

or best call on Monday and check.

No instructions at all. The letter says that the "FORMAT" is not acceptable and no other info. 

 

I called customer service but they were not helpful.  They said the application is accepted, check is cashed... so I should just wait if they send me request for additional evidence. I don't want to wait for that, because I know that will delay the process. 

 

I'm thinking to send the photos to the Vermont Service Center where my application was routed for processing.

If you'll have an interview, bring your photos for the interview. If you have submitted enough of other evidence, you should be fine.
