Hi all, I am a newbie. I am in California/WAC case. I got NOA July 2019 Biometrics Feb 2021. I had been procrastinating filing the N400 concurrently with I-751 pending. I was planning to do it in Jan. Today I logged in to check my status and I see "Card Was Mailed To Me" as the status. Does this mean they waived my interview & I am getting my permanent Greencard ? Not sure if my delay in applying concurrently actually saved me time ?

Yes, congrats! It should arrive in a few days.

My greencard was approved with a pending n400. I don't really think there's any rhyme or reason to it

Hey Everyone,

Like most of you I am still wainting for my permanent green card but my I-797 extension letter is going to expire next month. Has anyone recieved another extension letter yet or know how we can quickly get one?

FYI, my case has been stuck on 'fingerprints were taken' since last February. I live in Hawaii and my case is being processed in California. I haven't submitted a N400 form yet.

Thanks

You will not get another extension letter. If you need to show proof of status, you need to make an infopass appointment at your local office to get a stamp on your passport.

July 2019 filer here...anyone here with a case from the Nebraska service center (LIN) receive their green card yet? My current greencard expires in March 2021, and my case is still "awaiting interview date"...if I do not receive my 10 GC by then, I will need to provide some sort of documentation to continue to work, continue to drive etc. I understand USCIS does not issue another extension letter, what would I have to do? Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Guys, looks like they updated again today processing times, looks like it decreased but just a little bit. At least for SRC it’s just one more month when case officially will be out of processing time...

Check please your cases.

I think Arman from EAC? So for those cases it shows just 15,5 months.

You'll need to make an InfoPass appointment. Basically, call the new USCIS hotline, and when the automated computer asks you what you'd like, say "Make an InfoPass appointment". You will then be connected with a live representative who can make an appointment for you at your local USCIS office. Be aware, that you cannot make the appointment more than 30 days in advance. I'm in the same boat as you; my wife's extension expires in March 2021. I recently called the hotline and they told me to call back in February to make an appointment.

A couple of days ago I made an outside normal processing time request, not sure if it'll do anything but won't hurt to try. I'm an EAC filer, waiting for interview since this summer. I just got a new job and thank goodness the HR guy accepted my expired green card and extension letter with no issues.

Tell me please, what is last 3 digit of your service request? Is it EAC or 3 digit of your local field office? Based on this you can see where is your case now, thanks. Again, not last 3 digits of receipt number, but service request that you submitted recently. Thanks

Hi, I just got the 'New card is being produced' update today.  For anyone who's a WAC and being processed in the California service center, hopefully you'll get yours soon too.

Congratulations! Great gift for NY! Did you apply for N400 already?

Hello everyone, and happy new year.

My I-751 is pending, filed in July 2019. I filed N-400 in July 2020. My I-751 status hasn’t changed since December 31st 2019 (Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview)

Well, December 28th 2020 I received my N-400 interview notice (interview is February 3rd 2021)

My questions is, with my I-751 pending, would they do a combo interview or just the N-400?

Anyone in a similar situation?

Thank you!

Hi, congratulations with some movement, at least for N400. No one knows answer about this...sometimes it’s combo, sometimes just n400 but some people in Facebook group reported that their 751 were approved shortly after N400 interview alone..I would bring your spouse with you and inform IO that she/he is here just in the case...

what is your field office for N400 please?

Thank you, it was a good way to finish a crazy year! I haven't applied for the N400 yet, I don't know if that affected my processing times. I will most likely apply for it in the next month or two. I hope everyone who is still waiting gets their approval soon.
