If she is not willing to send you the documents that you are required to present at your interview then I believe you have relationship problems. I recommend that you iron those issues out with her. Cancel the interview date as your NOA2 is good for a year. Try and work out things with her. Once she is back on board with the visa then have her send the information BUT don't reschedule the interview until you have her documents in your hands. Good luck.

Sounds like she has succumbed to the rumor mill, you'll need to address that and quickly, there is nothing worst than a bunch of over zealous friends and or family! If your K1 petition is denied, you would not be able to get a visitor's visa since you have previously showed immigration intent.

Try to work it out with the fiance.  If she doesn't send them to you you can cancel the interview.  There is a bigger problem in that while the I-134 isn't binding the I-864 for the AOS is.

I had plenty of friends tell me my wife was just marrying me for the Green Card.  If that is true she is the luckiest girl since we lived in Mexico before coming to the US and now she has a GC for there too.

March 2, 2018  Married In Hong Kong

April 30, 2018  Mary moves from the Philippines to Mexico, Husband has MX Permanent Residency

June 13, 2018 Mary receives Mexican Residency Card

June 15, 2018  I-130 DCF Appointment in Juarez  -  June 18, 2018  Approval E-Mail

August 2, 2018 Case Complete At Consulate

September 25, 2018 Interview in CDJ and Approved!

October 7, 2018 In the USA

October 27, 2018 Green Card received

October 29, 2018 Applied for Social Security Card - November 5, 2018 Social Security Card received

November 6th, 2018 State ID Card Received, Applied for Global Entry - Feb 8,2019 Approved.

July 14, 2020 Removal of Conditions submitted by mail  July 12, 2021 Biometrics Completed

August 6, 2021 N-400 submitted by mail

If she doesn’t want to go through with the marriage, better you find out now than when you get here.

Show her her that you’re not in this for the Green Card - start the process of bringing her to your country. If it’s all about being together, the location shouldn’t matter to you.

Timeline in brief:

Married: September 27, 2014

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

Now a US citizen!

Agreed. It sounds more like a personal issue that you both need to solve, and therefore we cannot help whatsoever. Coming here with the issue just sounds like the only thing bothering you is the fact that you can’t get into America. Try bringing her to your country. If the ultimate goal is to be together, it really doesn’t matter where.
