I have read the instructions before filling the application form.

Then you should understand what else is required to include in the petition submission.  Pictures are not mentioned anywhere

YMMV

What I took out of it is that the OP is the foreign party (don’t know which country) that seems to have no status in the UK. But I might have misunderstood

I have an appeal that is ongoing so dont know if the USA check with other countries on applicant applying to their country. I'm from Nigeria.

The USC needs to take the lead on the first phase of the process, not the alien

Sounds like OP has overstayed his visa in the UK and is concerned that it will have a negative effect on a K1 application.

That is the above question in the I-129F application form.

That is the above question in the I-129F application form.

The best way to prove this is not with pictures, but with boarding cards to prove you were traveling to see each other, etc.

For USCIS's purposes, all that you need for proof of meeting are boarding passes, passport stamps, etc., and a statement of a line or two.

For the visa interview (consular stage), "front-loading" of the petition package with proof of your bona fide relationship is often highly advisable.

Every one deals with this question.   I supplied boarding passes and entry stamps into her country.

He did not overstayed. He was given an appeal over his document that was revoked

Are  you asking as yourself or as the USC? This thread is not very clear.

Tell us EXACTLY what happened and what your concern is, and then we can help you with the BEST information possible.

Since it appears you met in a third country,  you both will have to show evidence that you were in the same country at the same time

Yes, that would be advisable, but better yet passport stamps from both of your passports to show you were in the same place.

However, usually the USC prepares and submits the petition because they have to sign it as the petitioner.

Okay, not an overstay, but you've had some sticky situation regarding your status in the UK and you want to know if the U.S. immigration will find out about it and if it will cause you trouble with the K1 visa.  It would help to know where you plan to interview--will you be returning to Nigeria, or will you try to interview in the UK?  Are you currently in the UK, and what is your current legal status there?  You said you had a document revoked, but were granted an appeal.   Was that a visa?  Are you currently appealing the revocation of the document, or was this in the past?
