I think some people think they can pose the same question, using different words, and get a different (favorable) answer.  The law is the law:  ask any which you’d like but sometimes the answer is no.  And still no, and no again.

ok, thanks guys! i think i am going to find out if i can or cannot. I will build up the nerve to apply and explain my situation in hopes that they will give me the tourist visa. I will let you know if i am successful or not.

If you could answer some of the queries posted in this thread, we'd be able to better help you determine your chances of success, and perhaps any options open to you in the meanwhile.

 

Given past posts, it's confusing what your situation is at the moment and how to best advise you.
