She plead not guilty today, which sort of surprised me, but after Jussie well who knows?

 

 I thought this was an interesting take on all the mini Aunt Becky's and probably the attitude she uses to justify her actions.

I had a feeling she was going to do this. She has been walking around with that Hollywood, arrogant look on her face. I hope they throw the book at her. I think they should have just plead guilty, pay a hefty fine and do A LOT OF COMMUNITY SERVICE. I don't think this warrants jail time, but now she is going to get hit hard! Jut my opinion.... 🤷‍♂️

After the stuff that happened in the Smollette case, I don't care if they get NO punishment.......this is nothing new....people with money have been paying their kids' way into colleges by being big-time donors for years and years......

 

except for fakes test scores...that's not cool....but jail time??  no...

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

They took a tax credit as a donation to a fake Non Profit. 

 

But I doubt they will get anything like the sentence somebody would with little resources.

I'll admit that I don't know the full story......but the stuff I have heard doesn't seem extremely serious.......I'm sure they will reach a plea deal of some sort.......

Some have and this is slight different as it is both more egregious, has been offered a deal, turned it down so more charges filed and then has plead not guilty.
