Processing Times (I-751/I-751A) for Nebraska Service Center (LIN-xxxxxxx)

Some CSC filers said they received the biometrics appointment letter recently, although they have received a biometrics waive letter before.

I'm seeing 2 different dates on USCIS web sites. I know one of them is the newer web site. How come the dates are different? Is this a common occurrence?

It's not a matter. The information are always inconsistent from these two websites.

10/24/2016 NOA letters received

10/29/2016 biometrics letter recried

11/02/2016 case status updated to requset for initial evidence mailed

11/10/2016 biometrics appointment

11/26/2016 Sent the response for RFE

11/30/2016 status updated to response for evidence received

01/12/2017 ead approved and new card is ordered

01/18/2017  statua shows ead card mailed

05-20-19 package sent via UPS

05-22-19 package received and signed at AZ lockbox

05-28-19 text message notification (@6:30pm) with LIN receipt number

Finally!!! It's my turn. thanks god. I got a message this morning, the old website showed "new card is being produced", but the new website no update yet.

This is my timeline:

04/11/2018 case received 

03/05/2019 case transfer to Nebraska.

04/25/2019 rfe.

05/14/2019 rfe received by Uscis.

05/31/2019 card being produced.

1. children (we dont have yet)

2. mortgages (we rent apartment, don't have )

3. DL

4.bank transactions 

5.property life health insurance

6.utility bills 

7.loan credit card statment 

8.will/trust/ power of attorney

2. Copy of the tax refund check showing me and my husband’s name on the check

3. 2018 - 2019 water bill reflecting me and my husband’s name with our physical address

4. A copy of last will and testament and deed of gift from my late mother in law showing my husband’s name and the physical address.

5. Copy of credit card statement from 2018 to 2018 showing me and my husband’s name

6. Pictures taken from 2018 to 2019

 

I hope these docs is sufficient enough as evidence.

I still think you should get state IDs, it’s something they explicitly asked for, otherwise it looks good
