My boy’s i-751 is stuck in CA, no update available. He filed around June 2018, Im a little bit worried for they might ask for an RFE. I helped him gather documents just to be sure so we can just send it right away.

So the only movement is to be transferred to LIN? No biometrics etc? Does he still under an extension letter?

Your boy's I-751 is based on your marriage or his own marriage?

His biometrics is waived. There is no news on whether his file is transferred to LIN.

Based on my marriage. He came here in Guam under k2 visa. I filed earlier than him because he turned 21 - 2 weeks when we arrived. We thought it would be a problem so we went to USCIS office and told us it shouldnt be a problem since he came here before he turned 21, we couldve filed together at the same time.

Hey everyone I made it to my biometrics today 6-10-19 lady said it’s to process the green card they just took a new picture and put my fingers on the machine so that system could recognize me. and that was it. Also I found my ups mailing receipts so I wanted to share exact dates, it shows I send my package actually on 7-27-18 and they got it 7-30-2018 and around 8-5-18 I got a letter saying I still needed to send that money order for $85 for the biometrics so I send that on 8-14-18 and deliver on 8-17-18, then it was transfer to Nebraska on 8-20-18 and they cashed my check on 8-25-18 and then I didn’t heard about anything else, till now with the biometric which yesterday was my bday so it was a great bday present I got one more step done  now we will see how much longer I need to still wait....

That means this biometrics appointment is only for the picture on green card. The background security check was already done before.

Some September 2018 filed cases were complete with background check. It might mean that the 751 processing at Nebraska goes smoothly.

I have an update. This makes me wanna go insane.  I sent my package to PO Box 82521 in Lincoln Nebraska - then I get this message from USPS:

 

 

“Hello Melody,

Your package has a delivery exception. We attempted to deliver your package at 10:15 am on June 15, 2019 in LINCOLN, NE 68501 but could not access the delivery location. We will redeliver on the next business day.”

 

 

I wonder what this means.

It will be delivered on Monday.... Check your updates Monday the 17th lays in the day and you should see delivery verified.  😊
