He even said he wasn't sure why they didn't do both interviews that very day when i did removal of conditions interview.

Hi folks,

 

I need help on uploading the Police Certificate. For my country, the PC will be mailed to the Consulate directly from the issuing authority, so what should I do on CEAC? Should I select "Not Available" on the PC field and add a comment stating it will be mailed to the Consulate directly?

I think you should just be able to make a note about not having it but will bring it to the interview

Calling nvc was the worse because they always hung up on me because of high call volume and finally one day I ended up calling them right at 9am and finally the call went through. 

Thanks!  We're hoping to get a case number soon!  They seem to be moving pretty quickly these days thank goodness!  We can only hope that they will process uploaded documents fast as well.  Good luck to you with the rest of this crazy process.

Have any of you had this experience?

 

I didn't meet the poverty guideline for 2018 to bring my husband because I traveled so much to visit him. This 2019 year I will meet the threshold based on my calculations. Can I get a letter from my employer stating how much I am expected to make by the end of the year plus paystubs for the year and use it so I don't have to have a co-sponsor come time when I have to submit the forms to NVC?

 

Has anyone done this and have it work and be enough?

IF they do not accept this will they deny me or just ask that I have a co-sponsor?

What does traveling have to do with supporting him.  Obviously when he comes u no longer have to travel.  And the answer to ur question is get a co sponsor

Well the most recent transcript I could provide is possibly the 2018 transcript and that's the year I traveled so much that I didn't meet the threshold. This year I expect to make more than the requirement. ME traveling has nothing to do with supporting him, but it affects the income on the documents I will be providing to NVC.

I didn't meet the poverty guideline for 2018 to bring my husband because I traveled so much to visit him. This 2019 year I will meet the threshold based on my calculations. Can I get a letter from my employer stating how much I am expected to make by the end of the year plus paystubs for the year and use it so I don't have to have a co-sponsor come time when I have to submit the forms to NVC?

IF they do not accept this will they deny me or just ask that I have a co-sponsor?

 Why dint you know about this before you put a file for him to either you have to match and make above the poverty line or to have a co-spnosor? Current income and paystub most likely out of the game but you can try as i'm not very certain!! to expedite this your only option is A get a co-sponsor !!!

Ok. Makes more sense now. U were not getting paid while away.  So ur income was lower.  Anyway. Get a joint sponsor u should be good.  Or ur other idea about future income may work as well.  Doubt it though. Had a friend that didn’t make the requirements. Got a job paying more and they still told her she needed a sponsor
