Embassy Review : SPOUSES ARE ALLOWED. We had an 8:30 AM appointment we got there around 6 AM they called people into the line based on their appointment time. you cannot bring any food items water lipstick make up lotion cell phones electronics anything like that in to the building. we were there from 8 AM to 12:30 PM we got a real nice lady she asked us how we met gave her her story so this showed her our pictures. Then her smile turned into a look of concern as she read something from my husbands file then she asked him has anyone else ever file for you before he said no she said are you sure again he said no then she asked about his other relatives that have been filed for before after making some notes into the computer she stamped his folder gave him a piece of paper about his rights when he reaches the US and then told us to give them abt two days to straighten out the misunderstanding for my husband has a common name Therefore he may be mixed up with someone else with the same name and date of birth so hopefully it will all be straightened out soon his visa will be issued and he will be coming home.
Warning !! There was a older looking lady. Either she wa blonde or gray. Couldn’t really see her. But she is VERY stern and loud. And u do not want to be called to her line because she will Grill u and try to tear your story apart.
Rating : Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
