Well! Turns out posting on this forum may be good luck after all because the website just updated and our petition was approved yesterday (i.e., when I posted complaining about waiting haha)!  Nothing in the mail yet but good luck to everyone still waiting! I really appreciated the support :)

Awesome!!!! 4/29 patiently waiting! ...trying to lol

NOA1 4/09 ☹️

I feel you!

Feeling a bit better knowing other April filers are waiting, too! Hopefully we all hear something within the next few days/weeks! I am sick of seeing 'We received your case' on both websites haha.

Today is a sad day for me.

Everyone is receiving NOA2 but i got a request for additional evidence.

We were told they will send us the list of RFE before  August 2nd.

When will i get approved and how long will it take for them to accept our evidence.

Also advice if they have to be signed in the court.

Thank you.

The RFE pretty much establishes the items that will satisfy the RFE with your case adjudicator. I recommend that you start from the top and work your way through the RFE putting together the documents that they suggest. The more the better, but keep in mind that if you can't supply one of the documents on the list, it's not the end of the world as other documents that you use to answer the RFE will also suffice the two year meeting requirement.

Create a cover letter with a number list in the order that you assemble the documents so that anyone reading the letter can easily know what is in the package as well as what order. Keep it simple.

Here is exactly what USCIS is looking for in your answer to their RFE

You must be able to produce evidence that you and your fiancé(e) have met each other in person at some time during the two-year period prior to the filing date of your I-129f petition.

This is a rather old post but nevertheless, it has examples of how others had responded to the evidence of meeting. If you were to read over the thread I think you could pick out parts that you could use to create an answer to the RFE.
