You have been vague about the country you're from, and no one here knows what the CO considers strong ties. All you can do is apply and find out.

On a recent trip to India, I read someone's UK visitor visa denial document with very similar wordings as OP noted. The reasons I read were equally as detailed and referenced the VO's dissatisfaction that the Indian applicant would be a genuine and temporary visitor.

ive never been denied a visa thankfully so didn’t realize who does and doesn’t give reasons.. I just assumed no one did.

The UK denial document came across as different (and somewhat refreshing) compared to the generic 214b document we see handed out by US COs.

The reasons noted for the Canadian visa denial would fall under a 214b denial for the US.

Ha, I'm surprised the US doesn't offer this option...instead, if you are denied, they will just hand you a generic piece of paper with a code on it, e.g. 214(b) and a vague explanation. It is not as detailed as the Canadian reason you paid for.

I reckon US Consular Posts see a (much?) larger # of applicants.. and not possible to generate such details. 

 

Pretty much everyone would be willing to pay.. and then tweak a follow-up application with whatever they're lacking. Moreover, some denial reasons could be classified.

Can you imagine the kind of gaming that would go on? There would be agencies left right and center offering you tailored visa applications....

anyway seeing as you can’t appeal a consular denial it’d just be wasted time on their part to detail & print reasons.

There is no sponsorship (employer or otherwise) for a tourist visa.
