So I can't just upload the 2017 transcript again with a letter stating the 2018 transcript is not available to me right now but my husband will bring it to his interview? Or would they not accept that. They said if you cannot upload it then you must provide an explanation about why...

Hi, in your original post you said the wanted 2017 or 2018 so why are you belaboring the  2018 thing? If you have it they would rather that as it would be the most recent but it isn’t what they require.

Because since I had already uploaded the 2017 transcript, I thought they were looking specifically for the 2018 one now. Since I uploaded the 2018 1040 they now know that I did file for 2018 so I was worried that they wouldn't proceed until I gave them 2018 transcript. But as I said in a previous post I took the advice of other members and uploaded a letter explaining why 2018 wasn't available yet along with the 2017 transcript and 2015 so they would have 3 yrs worth. So I'm just crossing my fingers that they will accept that.

That should be fine. Good luck
