Do you have your EAD now with you?

No, I got my green card first so there was no need for EAD

I think that might be the fastest AOS processing time I've ever seen and 2 months to get your EAD?AP card that's unbelievable!!

Yeah that is so quick and someone else posted earlier they got their AP in one month... I’ve not heard anything since biometrics but my local office is 20-30 months wait - would be nice for them to send my EAD/AP in the meantime!

I'm a May filer and so we are approaching 2 months and today we had my wife's biometrics done so now comes the very long wait. I hear the estimated wait times are 6.5 to 8.5 months but I think realistically 5 to 6 months for EAD/AP combo card. Here in vegas we are looking at 14-19 months for GC interview.  Long time to wait.😡

It's been 51 days I've been waiting for biometric letter. I'm a May filler

Have you called USCIS to find out if it's been sent yet? That's a long time now and should have had your letter well within 3 weeks. 1-800-375-5283. Hope you'll get an answer for your biometrics appointment.

Just wondering if anybody knows what USCIS is actually doing that takes so long to grant the EAD/AP? We were allowed into the country on a K1 visa so haven't they already checked us out so thoroughly that it should be a relatively simple process to allow us to work? Is anybody ever actually denied an EAD/AP?

Call 1-800-375-5283, then 1, 1, 1, then enter your case number (starts with 672 probably). After you listen to information about your case, press 3. There is no voice prompt to press 3, it is a hidden option to talk to officer

Hi guys! Could anyone tell me how long folks typically spend at USCIS for their interviews?

I’ve heard the interview itself is usually around 15-20 minutes. While I know this varies by field office (I’m in Wichita), how long have you guys waited there? Thank you!

We waited around 2 hours to be called and the interview lasted like 40 minutes
