Hey all just a quick question I think I'm in the right place....My fiance (USC) sent off the petition on Feb 15th and he just got this text message...is it our NOA1? Would it be normal to get it so soon after sending it?

Omg amazing !!! Yes we are. This is really a great facility to have going through this process...I'm currently sitting in the airport after my fiance dropped me off  about to travel home to get this long wait under way...😂

We sent ours on the 11th of feb. & still haven´t heard anything via text or e-mail .. & the check has not been cashed.. so i must admit i am very worried ...

Give it another week or so and you should see something. If not then use these methods to contact USCIS.

Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline OR your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine your Embassy. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right-hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

Thanks

Thanks. I am running a special on the P3 for Iceland. Since I don't see many from that area I'd like to share what you can expect at the interview with the P3 from Iceland. This way you can see what documents you need and you can work on them now.

Hi! Do we get a rfe if we were not able to fill out the petitioner's contact information on the form?

Create an account on my.uscis.gov/account and then send them the contact information but don't do it until you receive the NOA1 that way you can use the receipt number so USCIS can find your record. I'm sure you full name, SSN and birthdate would also find the record and should be included in any means you use to contact USCIS to correct this error. It's worth a try.

What do we send to Dallas, Texas, then, do not apply for electronic notification?

Your sending the I-129f applicating with required supporting documents to the TX lock box. See instructions for which one to use based on your mailing means. Electronic notification can be included in the package by using form G-1145.

Yes, we included G-1145 but now I'm confused because it says it only applies to Lewisville, Texas; Chicago Illinois and Phoenix Arizona. Does not mention Dallas Texas. Has someone been sent to Texas through the USPS and received text?
