You can contact District Attorney Office of the state the person lives in.

But he isn't legally married to the 2nd person......and the 2nd marriage wasn't performed in the US........I don't think there is a crime.....the 2nd marriage is void in the eyes of the US.......

The DA can determine if it's a crime or not. Personally I think the most they would do is to take a report and file it. That's the end of this.

Agree......he is mistaken if he thinks he can successfully petition for a spousal visa for spouse #2.

Contact the DA in his US home town.  You will need proof.  No one is going to take the time and expense to investigate an accusation without proof.

Contact the US spouse if you have a problem with cheating.  Let her handle it since it's her business.

it is long story, but no i am not.

is the male originally from Turkey? and did he get married to women in Turkey? and I assume he is now a naturalized citizen of the USA?

1. if he got married in turkey and is not free to marry, then it will not be recognized in the USA

2. there is nothing that will likely be done

3. if he gets divorced from his USA spouse and starts the immigration process for new spouse in turkey it is going to get halted when they realize the marriage to the women in Turkey was not legal, they will have to divorce remarry and start the process over, it will then be called into judgement.

4. if it isn't against you let it go, this is a marital problem not a problem of yours.
