Sunday night drive-by. ...hope you're all groovytastic.

Life continues to be hectic here, had to make use of my newly aquired health insurance after a tick bite spoiled my day, husband then bested that by needing a trip to the emergency room when his remaining kidney stone decided it was time to make a bid for freedom.

Still awaiting to be catching that break innit lol

Lmao

So maybe unpopular opinion but I really thinks it's stupid when people dress their kids up the same or just for holidays.  My BIL's wife does this.  3 kids.  They get a valentine's day shirt or a memorial day shirt or whatever... She posts pictures all over Facebook.  It's annoying... Like they wear it once? I don't get it. Some children have no clothes? Why not just donate the money or some clothes to charity? Nope gonna rock out our #vbstrong t shirts and matching bows in the girl's hair.

I get that it's their money and if they wanna spend it on stupid stuff that's their business. If they wanna teach their kids to do that, well it's not my business either... So I would never say anything to them but this is my rant about this dumb thing.  Thanks! Bye! (I'm grateful not to have bigger problems than this right now.)

Memorial day, Turtle's bestie and her hot milfy mom came to my house wearing same Old Navy dresses. They were quite lovely. Everyone praised.

But I imagine if it's 3 siblings, it's different.

I always felt like I was failing at motherhood because I didn't have some insta ready pictures like that.  My kids often, depending on their growth, don't even have fancy outfits, because we never wear them.

It is probably a good holiday if we can even manage a group picture.

Yer not failing.  Kidlet got a few holiday shirts over the years but I'd rather get her something to wear on the daily.
