I sent off my K1 visa book today to Lewisville, Texas.  I sent it off using Fedex on a day I can remember which is Dec 7 Pearl Harbor day.  I will update my info when I get my NOA1.  Thanks.

Awesome!  Update your timeline in your profile so we can follow too ❤️

Hey! This is my team!!!!

I sent the petition on Nov 27 they got it on the Nov 30th (USPS) and they texted me on the 4th of December with the case number (USCIS). Now we are waiting for the paper confirmation on the mail which I believe is called the 797c.

Is good to know that I am not alone is this journey.

PS I new around here✌🏻

Settle in as it is about a 5-7 month wait for the next action. Nothing more to do now but wait.

Hi Everyone!!

We have mailed ours last Dec 6 and we're still waiting for NOA1. Hopefully we hear anything this week. Haha the waiting is crazy! I can only imagine how it will be while we wait for NOA2. Haha.

Was money taken from your checking account, assuming you paid via cheque?

Yes the waiting is brutal, but you can do it. Congratulations.

After stalking this amazingly helpful website for close to two years (disgruntled ex purposefully dragged out our divorce), I was finally able to send my petition for my fiance on November 26th! It was received on November 29, I received the text and email notification on December 4 (which is also our NOA1 date) and they cashed my check on December 5. I know there's a long wait still, but just knowing it's finally in line is so exciting! Good luck to my fellow December filers and everyone else!

Hello December filers! I'll be joining your ranks soon, woohoo! My beloved and I made our engagement official on Wednesday down in Argentina. Now I'm back in the US and I'm so excited to get started, even though I know this process will involve a lot of waiting. My goal is to FedEx the I-129F packet before Christmas. I have most of the materials assembled, with just a few more additions needed.

Good luck to you all. Can't wait to share/commiserate/celebrate with this cohort. :)

Don't rush the preparation of your I-129F ensure you dot your eyes and cross your Tees.
