Usually  not until CEAC   shows  "Ready". But visit your country specific  thread or consult your embassy  web page.

Could you tell when (Eastern time) did you get your email notification? Tired of checking my email & uscis website all the day.

Thank you ! 5pm on Almaty time, so i guess in Moscow for example it was 2pm , but they work during the day so i'm not sure that everyone has the same time , but you can turn on notifications from your email and you will see your email right after they will send it to you! good luck🌷

Thank you for your response!

Yeah, I have email notifications and my email about RFE came also about 2 p.m. (Moscow time).

But, oddly, I didn't get any email when they updated my status to "Your response to rfe was received...", i saw it only when logged in on the new uscis site.

So now I don't trust email notifications any more :D

What to do after NOA2.

I've done a little research for your consulate. Here is what I have found. Immigrant visas to the United States are processed for citizens and residents of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan at the Consulate General in Almaty.

Further information can be found here: https://kz.usembassy.gov/visas/immigrant-visas/fiancee-visas/

If you get a P3 letter from the consulate could you share a copy with me. I will use it to help others who come behind you. Thanks.

@Greenbaum I opened my envelope and there was two envelopes inside it, one stamped do not open and the other had open written on it. I opened it and it contained all the documents I submitted at the interview except the I134. Is this new embassy procedure to return all documents.

No envelopes should be opened. Call the embassy and determine if you are ok with opening that envelope or do you need to return to have it resealed.
