Hello. I've been a Missionary for two years, and I have like 8 addresses where I stayed from 6 weeks -6 months. Should I put them all here on my address history? (and after the mission I have lived in 4 different apartments)

2nd that, having lived in 4 countries, it was tedious to list every single address but totally worth the extra time to avoid an RFE at all costs!

Goodluck!

The only option I could see besides listing them all is if the "mission" had an official address you could use as permanent during the missionary time.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

Yup, and then when you get to NVC stage you're going to have to list them all again -- not only that, but all addresses since you were 16! My spouse moved pretty much every year and had like 20 addresses to list. That's what the extra info page is for.

Just make a master list somewhere so you can refer to that. And as much as I hated listing places where I have lived since 16, nothing was as bad as applying for New Zealand work visa and having to list every place you have worked at. Names, addresses, time of period etc. I started working for my pocket money when I was 13 so... that was frustrating :D

  • 7 months later...

On the I-130 page 2, there's only Physical Address 1 and 2. But that wouldn't cover the 5 years.

I read that I can put it in Part 9 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION.

My question is, What do I put in 3.b. Part number and 3.c. Item Number.?

(If I put part number 16.a. that would be the marital info)
