  1. Hi @J&J 2020 I read your concern & situation, and also confused why they didn't just approve yours or maybe we just got lucky. We brought all the updated 2019 AOS,Transcripts,w2s,Tax returns just in case, but they didn't asked for it. Maybe because they understood that there is a pandemic? The only difference in our situation is that on the CEAC we uploaded a W2. I would go with what your planning and submit what you have and include a copy of the page that states : The appropriate Form I-864 Affidavit of Support for each financial sponsor along with a photocopy of the sponsor’s most recent IRS transcript, or most recent tax return and any relevant W-2s, if the transcript is unavailable
  2. I see. Thank you so much for clarifying. Wow. Is it on sale?
  3. I paid $325 Immigrant visa fee on CEAC in the NVC Stage. So if I paid that, I just wait the GC on the mail here in US?
  4. I was surprised they didn't ask for any updated ones. I guess the ones that we sent in CEAC was enough. It's nice to be prepared though
  5. Hello, We're preparing for my wife's Embassy Interview. And I just recently filed my tax return for 2019. I submitted my I-864 to CEAC(NVC) on January 2020. But there I only entered my 2018, 2017, 2016 Tax return. (2018 as my most recent at that time) Should we only bring those tax returns to the interview or should we also bring the 2019 tax return and update the I-864? We also have a joint sponsor, should we bug them about sending us the 2019 tax return and update I-864? Thank you in advance!

Wow the whole team is here! Really appreciate all your help. I see. Good to know. I think my question really is how does it work if you send it straight to the embassy? Because in here:https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/Supplements/Supplements_by_Post/MNL-Manila.html?fbclid=IwAR0DWqNzSTg_JGHpkITX0jCCzsYD2Qwd0VFbBCJHDeW9d0Dr6L7qamvDGsE They recommend it being sent straight to the embassy.

Hello @Greenbaum & @Hank_ I really appreciate your willingness to help. I was just reading this conversation, and we're planning on using https://www.psaserbilis.com.ph/Secure/Delivery.aspx for our AOM. Since it's COVID we want to do it online. I saw that they send you AOM/CEMAR straight to US Embassy. But how does this work? Does the embassy notifies us when they get our AOM? What if we got to the interview and they lost our AOM or something? Is there a way that psaserbilis can deliver to my wife's house? Thank you in advance!
  8. What stage are you in? If you're just starting and in the USCIS stage------>You'll need to call USCIS Expedite hotline (1-800-375-5283) If you're in the NVC stage----->you would send an email to that email. And your reasons are good enough for expedite. For our expedite, I (Petitioner) did the emailing. Goodluck!
  9. Congrats!! Did you schedule your own interview? Or did you wait for their email?
  10. I called the Embassy yesterday to schedule an interview. And Yes, they told me that they're the ones that are scheduling the interview and medical for expedited cases now. She created an account for me, though I can see that you can still schedule the interview from there but highly discourage people from doing it because some interviews got moved because the case isn't ready yet. I guess I have to wait again.....Hopefully they schedule it soon. 🙏
  11. We waited 25 days to get an approval email from NVC. Nevermind my question earlier. I got the answer from this website. https://www.visaconnection-philippines.com/us-embassy-usem.html
  12. In the link that you have provided---->>https://www.visaconnection-philippines.com/us-embassy-usem.html It says there that "You will receive a letter/email from the embassy with your interview date and even a date/time for the medical at SLEC. (New process as of 2/26/2020)" They just approved my NVC expedite and status is READY. Do I schedule my own interview? or will they send a letter/email with an interview date?
