I just saw we exchanged messages last week. Uscis received my RFE on October 5th and your said they received yours October 9th. Both were Nebraska Center. Wish there was some consistency and they would review files in the order they were received. Happy for you. Pray for us others too that we get our approval soon too!

I know! I remember that you submitted your REF earlier than I did. I have a feeling you will get approved soon. I used Case Tracker.

He said he will submit a case inquiry and I should hear from them within 30 days. He told me to call back if I don’t get anything in the mail after 30 days. Is there any Texas filers that has gotten his or her case approved? This is kinda sucks!!! I mean October filers, let us know current status to be able to work out statistics. I can’t wait for this to be over!!! Sucks!!!

I am a Nebraska filier. It seems to be random honestly. Uscis received a rfe request about 4 5 days before another filier and they got approved and I'm still waiting. Hope for the best for everyone.
