Received card as well as for dependent on December 24th. Had N-400 interview on December 17th, however failed to answer 5 questions accurately eventhough a couple were partially correct. They will reschedule in 60 days. No hard feelings though as the interviewer did her job and was professional.

Anybody here still haven't received their new card yet? I'm on the verge of breaking down!! I called USCIS so many time and they were of 0 help. And most recently, the tier 2 officer who called me was being a complete B and even threatened me. I honestly don't know what i did to deserve this mess! i've been married for more than 5 years. We had our interview a year ago. Now there might be a second one! And they don't have a timeline apparently. I am just waiting indefinitely here! What can I do?? Not to be dramatic, but I am literally in tears every time i think about this situation. This is so so sooooo painful!

@LosingIt999did you file your I-751 in October 2018? You can check processing times and see if yours is outside processing times. (It sounds like it is). I would then reach out to your Senator or congressperson and have them shake the tree. At this point, you probably also need a new I-551 stamp on your passport. I would request an appointment for it. Then, I would show up to the appointment with additional evidence of bona fide marriage and ask the officer to please allow you to submit it. They may push back but you may insist. I have seen this work for a couple of people doing AOS. They will have you sign a form that serves as a receipt that indicates you dropped off evidence. It is a worth a shot.

Alternatively, I would apply for naturalization and submit the N-400. That should eventually trigger USCIS to adjudicate your I-751.

@USC4SPOUSE hi! Thank you so much for your advice! i did submit I751 in Oct 2018. And i've already submitted N400 in July 2019. We've already provided joint bank account statements, car insurance, car title, tax return and bills. I can't think of any more bona fide evidence. We don't have children. I guess congressperson is my last hope at this point.

@LosingIt999. I just did not realize that folks who filed in 2018 were still waiting. It's out of control. I only suggested dropping off additional evidence at your local office to prompt them to finalize your case and adjudicate. I do not know if that would work.

Hopefully, your US Senator or congressperson can shake the tree for you. :)

I had my interview last year 2days before uscis closed down for covid. I’m still waiting for my approval. Had two stamps on my passport already. The second one they only gave me 6months extension. 😔
