Check the NOA1 for the payment information. If that says you’ve paid then don’t worry.

as for checks, they convert it to a digital transaction and bill your account like that so the check will never actually cash.

taken from the I-129F instructions:

Notice to Those Making Payment by Check. If you send us a check, USCIS will convert it into an electronic funds transfer (EFT). This means we will copy your check and use the account information on it to electronically debit your account for the amount of the check. The debit from your account will usually take 24 hours and your bank will show it on your regular account statement.

Wow! Thank you, you have been very kind. Good luck to everyone on this journey

Thank you! My  fiancée says the check hasn’t been cashed yet, is this normal? Thank you for your quick response

Checks can take 5-10 business days to show up at your bank as cashed. Don't worry, the Government wants your money. :D

Our case was just received and we have a receipt number. What next?

 Thanks all

Get busy for the next 6-7.5 months. Then after you get your NOA2 letter of approval you'll wait just a little longer then call to get your case number.

Thank you greenbaum, does this means we are approved and then wait for NOA2? Sorry for asking so much questions

NOA1 is the letter that confirms that they have received your application. NOA2 is the confirmation that you are approved. So 7 months from now you can start to anticipate that you'll hear something on your case. For now stay busy and not think about this till that time.

Your NOA1 date is the same date you got the text, or a day after the tracking says it got to Dallas. (normally).

Getting a text message just means they have received it. A RFE can come at any time. Usually closer to the end of the 5.5 - 7.5 month spell.

Hi guys what application that can allow me to call NVC for free?

Ask the USC petitioner to call them. If you’re an October filer, it’s too soon to be calling the NVC.

Hello!

I have a question about the NOA1 date that I need to input.  The letter I received in the mail had the Received date of October 2nd but the notice date is October 8th.  Do I go by the receive date or notice date on the timeline?
