For the K-1 visa, the embassy should most likely just accept pay stubs, employment letter as proof of income. Now if she has good savings she can use that to show extra assets; but not necessarily needed. Each embassy is a little different though, some again only need to see pay stubs and such, others want the tax returns/W2's. To me she probably will be fine for the K-1 visa process.

You said in January 2019 you might apply, then it could take 5-6 months for the I-129f petition to get through USCIS, then has to go to NVC, then the embassy, so anywhere from total of 7-8 months probably.

Come AOS time later if you get the K-1 and come to the US and marry, she may need a co-sponsor for the affidavit of support I-864; but that's not for some time now so don't worry about that. If you both are concerned as for the I-134 for the K-1 process at the embassy though, jjust have her get a co-sponsor also for that, then no issues.

do a timeline

at least tell us the country because in some embassies there are few K1's approved even with decent incomes

BTW

by the time of interview she should have ample income to show from her lastest pay stub which shows YTD (year to date paid)

you need to know the process

this site will show you that most K1's in casa  embassy  are not approved no matter how good your evidence is

https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/legal/visa-law0/visa-statistics.html

got to the NIV issueances

and then to any month to the "by post and visa class"

you will see in Auguast no K1 was approved for Morocco

do not marry on 1st meeting

but USC (US citizen)  needs to make several trips to Morocco

to know you well

you must know her and all about her

do not take this lightly as casa is a hard embassy as the country is a high fraud country

you must be very serious

you must be completely in love

you must pass a difficult interview

the income  level here is not the only issue

good luck

then u did not understand my post

in August they did not approve any K1 out of the 60 a week they interview

In July they only appoved 8 (this is for the whole month)

it is extremely hard to be approved for a K1 visa in Morocco

it is almost (and i say almost as 8 out of over 200 were approved in July)  impossible to get the K1

it is best to marry in Morocco and do the CR1

the most recent posts on here say the CO in embassy asks "Why did u not marry in Morocco?"

as they know this is very important to the Moroccan family and especially important to have the moroccan mother's approval

getting married in the US is abnormal to the Casa embassy as it deprives moroccan family a beautiful celebration

among this question there will be several u will consider silly or stupid but there is a reason for them

read my post on Morocco portal about silly questions and i hope it helps u understand

we all wish u success and happiness

just understand u are in for a long and difficult and heartbreaking journey

i am always amazed at the people who ask please help me and then don't want to hear or listen to those of us who have gone thru the process / you don't seem to recognize valuable insights to help u

you have some good information above / take it and use the advice / it is meant to be helpful

you are working to pass an interview at one of the most difficult embassies where very few K1 visas are approved

wishing u r successful

I could not agree more with the above statement. Actually, it is worth money and a lot of it as you will save your spouse to be thousands of US dollars. You seems to be set and ready to go for the K1 Visa, but ... Actually, no buts here. Good luck and goodnight.
