NOA1 on old site 2/15 , new 2/19 still nothing

When i spoke to teir 2 last week he said he saw nothing "wrong" with our case and we should hear something within 2 weeks.

Not sure why it is taking so long - our case is so simple.

Exactly like ours ! No previous marriages, no kids, no background issues, and it was meticulously organized by attorneys who deal with only K1 visas and know what they are doing! Why haven't we been approved ! ughh

Hey @BJ & Christine, I haven't had the time to be online much the past week. Good to see that you got your RFE in the mail - at last. Is it something that can be easily answered? Keeping my fingers crossed for you to get your approval speedy after that!

Yeah, they wanted a copy of first divorce decree. Apparently the second 1 was relative enough. Oh well. It's off overnight. Done and over with

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date.

They added 5 days onto everyone’s accepted on NOA1
