Yes I'm in nigeria now. I called the uscis but the automated machine won't let me talk to a person. This is the number I called 800 375 5283.  So I don't know what to do. Cause I need to pay the immigration fee. And I can't do it with out the Alien registration number and the DOS case ID.

The CO at the embassy should have written the DOS and Alien registration number on the before handing the paper to him. It is easy for him to get the DOS number because he already has that....if he filled a for DS-260 the DOS ID would be on the confirmation page.

Yesterday my husband got his spouse visa approved. They gave him a paper where we need to go online to pay for uscis immigration fee. But I can't pay it without his alien registration number and  DOS case ID.  We don't know where or how to get it.  We need help.

Alien registration number should be on your NOA2

Congratulations fellow Nigerian,

The number on the top right corner of your approval letter(NOA2)is your A-number,it usually starts with A- some digits while your DOS  number is your nvc case number.

I hope this really helps?

A number is the registration number on the Visa with an A placed in front.

Dos number is his NVC case number.

Both of those numbers are on the actual visa...so wait until you pick up the passport to pay the fee.
