Is there a final status on the USCIS online account after the Oath Ceremony? Does it update to something like Case Approved or Completed? Does it just stay at Oath Ceremony Scheduled forever? Thanks!

I had my Oath last May and up today my case online says

"We scheduled your oath ceremony for Receipt Number *******. We sent a notice with the date, time, and location of your oath ceremony to the address you gave us..."

So I guess it may stop updating after the last move from their side which was the mailing of the oath ceremony letter.

To my knowledge it just stays.  My wife still receives email updates that says nothing has been done on her case almost two months after her oath.  The online system is a mess.  Now that you have your naturalization certificate, I wouldn’t worry about anything after that.

Thanks! You can turn those inactivity notices off in the settings.

I'm gonna miss checking online for any update. I became addicted after so many years. USCIS became part of my life. LOL 😋

I never checked very often but just wanted to see what happened to the online part of the process. I guess there isn't a final message and account closure.

Oh wow, very good to know, thanks! Seems that not everyone gets that. Probably depends on the local office.

In my case so far there was never a final "closure" message. But I don't mind and I don't plan in checking in the future or I will be creating a new obsession. Lol
