It sucks you have to wait two weeks to figure this out.  The online system is truly a mess.  Katya still receives updates saying nothing has been done on her case and she received the ROC approval NOA over two months ago and had her oath ceremony back on June 11th.

I hear you on the glitches....I did my oath October 2017 and I still receive updates from USCIS bi-weekly telling me my case "is still being reviewed and they'll let me know of any updates".  😯

I second this. I use google hangouts for iOs and i can call USCIS and NVC with absolutely no charge. It just relies on my wiFi connection.  Hope everything works out for you.

Frustrating...along the lines of online information... I see on the .gov site the orginal receipt date of 11 Aug 2017 and 2 other receipt dates of 25 Feb 2018 and 26 Feb 2018. Does anyone know what to make of these? We are processing I751 through VSC; have not received any notice of transfer to CSC.

Just to show how bad people at USCIS call centre are... I've called again, lady told me to file inquiry at https://my.uscis.gov/account/v1/needhelp  

So I did. Even though the instruction said it's only for forms filed online..  so as I suspected they emailed me back saying that they don't deal with RoC, lol.

 

I'll call again from home and hope I can get tier2 on the line - I can't leave a number for call back since they don't call back Europe. Frustrating.
