can I make religious wedding cermony in my home country after obtaining K 1 visa just befor entering US ...is this will make a problem

It would be unwise to marry before entering on the K1 visa which requires the visa holder to be SINGLE.

 

Yes, it could be a BIG PROBLEM since the K1 visa holder will be MARRIED in violation of the K1 visa requirements.

 

DON'T DO THIS.  A SIMPLE SEARCH ON VJ WILL TELL YOU WHY THIS IS A BAD HORRIBLE IDEA.

You risk a lot. People get their green card not approved or taken away when stuff like this comes out

They will find out when they do a back ground search for ur Aos. Then u will be asked to leave due to lying on ur petition. Also most likely be banned from applying or get a visa to the USA for a period of time if not forever.

Search "Ceremony Wedding" in the VJ search engine. While most couples get tripped up on this prior to the K1 interview and are denied, if a couple is married religiously, then entering the US on a K1 could be essentially considered fraud.  This may not be determined at the border, but could come up at the AOS interview stage.

"How will they know" is a risky question. That supposes that something should be hidden, which is never the way to go. If discovered it can cause issues (as others have mentioned).

 

I would suggest considering something other than a wedding ceremony, perhaps a going-away reception for friends and family so that they can offer their blessings to the soon-to-be wedded couple.

As noted above, this is very risky. A religious marriage is likely to be considered "too married" for a K-1.

Wondering how they will find out is not a wise approach to anything in immigration. Always assume they know and you probably won't run into surprises.

Once in USA and married u need to file for adjustment of status. This is where u get ur green card so u can be a resident of the USA.
