Went to my husband’s interview today. The only thing he asked for I didn’t have was my driver’s license. I had my birth certificate and passport but left my license in my car. He didn’t ask for me to go get it.

he said he has only been an interviewer for 4 weeks so even though our case looked good, he was required to run our case by his supervisor and put us in processing. More waiting. Sigh..

not yet still waiting.

What is the online status? My brother had to wait for 10 days for approval + 5 days for delivery.

Thank you for your fast respond guys, do you think the out of status condition will slow down the progress and increase the waiting time ? I hope that i can see something in the end of this month... but its look like nobody in september get their letter of interview schedule yet.. 😑😕

Sorry to not mention that I apply Green card through Marriaged base. My boss give me 3 months to get my ead done or he will have to fired me cause of the lack of paper work.... if i get fired, how can i get the letter of proof of working to the interview? Things are getting tense right now with me.

Did you call USCIS to see when your EAD renewal will be approved? Service request? What does the DPS SAVE system say when you try to renew?

Fingerprint review was completed!!! That was all. I did receive a letter of extend 180 days, but my boss said that wasnt enough for him, cAuse i can not drive around with expired DL so there will be trouble for his business. I can not renew my car insurance due to expired DL also. Call USCIS and all i heard from them is your case is being review.
