Affidavits carry very little weight.  I would suggest you concentrate on quality evidence like legal documents normally generated during a legitimate marriage.

Notaries normally are only testifying that a particular person's signature is legitimate.  They can not testify to the accuracy of the notarized document's content.

I have documents like, chat log, phone logs, receipt i sent her money with, pictures of our marriage, marriage cert and every other civil documents. But we met only ones because she is always afraid to fly. I was able to persuade her to fly again and she has agreed. We met only ones that was when we got married over 2 years ago. My case is already completed at the VNC and presently waiting for interview date.

It is all really down to her to seek treatment.

Agreed - affidavits carry very little to no weight. If you have no other quality relationship evidence, then they're better than nothing. But I would otherwise focus on quality evidence.

A CO cannot verify the accuracy of any statements in the affidavit, and no rational person ever submits one that puts the relationship in a negative light.

Carrying little weight is better than not carrying.

Depends on the effort involved and other evidence that could be obtained instead. As noted, if there is nothing else to show, then it's better than nothing. If there is anything else, time would be better spent including that.

If I have a one cent coin in my pocket then I can not say I have no money, but effectively I have none.

You got married two years ago and haven't seen each other since? You are from Ghana?

If that is the case you going to need to err on the side of MORE evidence rather than less. Affidavits should be notarized and include a copy of the person's ID so USCIS knows they are real people. But like other people said this is a minor bona fide you need more substantial ones. Focus on lots of chat logs, phone call records, email correspondence, etc

None of those are primary and would receive that much consideration.

What would you suggest then? I would say photos but they've met once. They don't live together so no lease joint bank account etc. So providing a lot of correspondence was my best advice

The interview is where they focus on the legitimacy of the marriage though. So it is the hardest step in your case. Don't let your guard down because you've made it this far

As noted, USCIS is the simple part of the process. The embassy interview is the challenge.
