This guy is a complete and utter loser. He says he is too busy trying to get his son back to work, and he can't take a job or legal assistance wouldn't help him.

I read about this guy.  The surprising thing is the judge sided with the parents considering this is in NY.

In all seriousness, I would be worried on what he does next beyond filing an appeal. In one of the letters his parents wrote it mentioned about him selling his stuff including weapons. Hope they remain safe after this ruling.
