Wow that’s a long time wait already. You need to email or call them. Hope you’ll hear from them soon. Good luck

Never had to call USCIS. I didn’t expect to get an approval that quick. Although I had to email NVC to inquire about my case number which took 2 months before i received it. You should be receiving your NO2 here anytime

Just to update the group.

My PD was 5/22. Website shows no updates at all since case was received, but the lady on the line informed me the I130 was approved yesterday and the notice out in the mail. Said it takes 2 - 3 days for the website to be updated.

I have a question for the group re the 864 EZ. I am prepping it ready to go. I am married, but sponsoring with my income only so am sending 3 yrs worth of my W2's and 3 years of tax transcripts. Does it matter that the tax transcripts will show married filing jointly, or do I need to make my spouse a co sponsor?

I used I-864 as a the sponsor and I-864A for my husband as a household member. We file joint in Tax return

Our filing date is the May 11th also at the Texas center and have not received our notification yet.  Looking on the website it does say that the Texas center is currently processing May 18th so really hoping to get our NOA2 any day now.

No need to send pictures. Pay for biometric only if your parents are in the United States.
