They picked his appointment date for him?

I forgot.. do we have to make a new intent to marry letter for fiancee's interview?

Just like @Greenbaum said. Actually, it isn't a requirement for us (excluded in the Packet), but it is advised we have it as an 'extra'.

A letter of intent is needed normally for the interview. Check your P3 once it arrives or check your Embassy's website for list of required documents. As far as the letter is concerned just use the one you wrote for the 129F submittal and changing the date only. The date should be close to the interview date that way there is no time limit involved.

Does Manila ask for a new letter of intent?  I haven't see that on any of the lists online.

11/14/17 129F mailed

11/17/17 NOA1

05/14/18 NOA2

06/06/18 NVC received and case # assigned

06/12/18 left NVC

06/13/18 Manila Embassy received

06/13/18 CFO completed at Clark Pampanga

06/18-19/18 Medical exam

07/10/18 Interview - APPROVED!!

07/29/18 POE

USEM does not require a new letter of intent.

I'm not sure what help this will bring but here is some info that I have for Lagos:

Fiance/Fiancee visas (K1s, K3s)

If your K1 or K3 petition has been approved by the Department of Homeland Security and you have received notification from the National Visa Center that your petition is on its way to post, you should download and complete the following application. The U.S. Consulate General in Lagos will contact you when your petition has arrived at post so that you may schedule your appointment. If you have questions, you may e-mailLagosIV@state.gov. Things really do seem to move fast for some embassies.  NVC transmitted our case to the embassy in Manila on the 18th; Friday here, Saturday there.  It was in received/ready status by end of day Sunday here/Monday there.

Fiance had day one of her medical today and has to go back for vaccinations tomorrow.  Then interview June 5th.

We were nervous about the medical given some stories about false positives on the x-ray TB test since that throws an extra 2 months of sputum testing into the works.  She still doesn't have official results, but the doctor at least told her the xrays and physical exams are cleared :)  phew!

Can I join this thread? They approved our I-129F on May 10 and my fiance received NOA2 in the mail on May 20. He's going to call NVC tomorrow to ask about the case number and if they have it, see if we can get it expedited like we expedited I-129F. Right now I'm trying to gather documents like a criminal record check I have to get from a country I lived in 3 years ago :/ Oh well.

I have no clue how long this process will take from here on out, I was hoping for a max of 3-4 months.. Is that too optimistic?

Don't forget to have that criminal record from the other country translated. I had to get one in Germany and the consulate in Amsterdam told me to get it translated.

The Dutch one should have an English translation, the consulate told me i didn't have to get that translated. I requested the VOG today so i should have it in about two weeks. I went on and got my international birth certificate too. Do you have everything ready for the affadavit of support?

I see. I've applied for the VOG and international birth certificate last week as well. We've started on the affadavit of support and it should be done within a day or two, hopefully. Do we need this form with a wet signature?
