Hi there, if you are filing based on your K1 visa, your response should be 1d, because you are applying to reinter the country in case you travel before you GC is approved.

Ok, so the advance parole is just what the document is called???

This means also that Part 7 of the form should be completed. Is this correct? But in term of the explanation im not so sure of what that should be..

Yes that’s the name of the document. AP.

as far as part7, it’s just a little stating saying that you wish to visit your family on this date for this long..that’s it. It doesn’t have to be a long text.

If you plug in everything on your timeline, VJ will give you a pretty accurate estimate!
