How far in advance can you reschedule an interview? For example if your interview is on July 15th,2018 could it be rescheduled for May 15th,2019?

Oh wow, I have no idea on that one. I feel like there is a year limit at all of these stages for the visa application. But once it makes it to the embassy I'm not sure, you'll have to call your embassy.

Ugh I'm so annoyed! I gave a call to NVC on Friday. Chose the normal option "2". They told me I need to hang up and choose option "5" because my case is apparently online. I hanged up, called again, waited in line for half an hour and then when I finally got on the line, my signal apparently got too bad and they couldn't hear me. So they hung up :( Tried it once more as everything else worked, waited in line another half an hour and it happened again! So I thought I'll postpone it to Monday. And when I called today - guess what, its a holiday so now I get to wait until Tuesday :( And I was so sure I will get the case number now, because for the first time they told me to choose another option.

If US citizen spouse was born out side US needs birth certificate for NVC?? can anybody answer this Please?

No,  will just submit proof of US citizenship like US passport or Certificate.

The applicant will be the one to submit the BC to NVC.

"The Applicant" means the person who apply for the visa for their spouse? or you meant " The Beneficiary"

The applicant is the beneficiary. He or she will have to submit their Birth Certificate with other docs.

The petitioner will need to support something to prove US citizenship. A US birth certificate is one of those things, but you can also use a US Passport or Naturalization Certificate to prove US citizenship too.

Pivot cases (online) are taking 8 to 10 weeks to get a case number. I am still waiting on mine.

Documents for Beneficiary:

1.Police certificate from all the places you've stayed for more than 6 months. For details, check country specific requirements

2. Marriage certificate

3. Marriage termination record if any

4. Birth certificate

5. Passport size 2×2 photographs

6. Passport biographic page

Docs for Petitioner:

1. Tax transcripts of most recent year or better if 3 most recent years

2. Birth certificate

3. Employer letter

4. Passport biographic page

For non pivot cases, I think it's taking 5-6 weeks to get case and invoice number

Hello! Do the beneficiary need the passport photos? It’s not on the checklist

I believe 4 passport sized pics are needed at medical exam and 2 are needed at the interview. They are not needed for NVC docs.

Hi guys! How do I know that I have a CC? I uploaded everything 10 days ago (pivot) and I have no idea how to find out if I got a CC

https://ceac.state.gov/ceacstattracker/status.aspx

You can check status of your case from this link. If it says "At NVC", that mostly means CC but you have to call and confirm.
