Hoping they start rescheduling soon. Waiting on aos interview which was cancelled March 17 due to COVID. Atleast there is or was some kind of movement heppening at the office. Congrats on your oath date.

Not sure if this good as there are 2 months between August 1st and the Fiscal year start date which is October. USCIS would still need extra spending in between.

Wow it appears that USCIS LIED about a deficit and they actually have a surplus! Wonder what else they have been lying about? 🤔

Nothing so far  I don't know why Atlanta seems to be the last office to start rescheduling as well as scheduling new interviews. Its so frustrating. I wish there was more transparency with what's going on.
 

Doesn't @lucardo3 have their oath today? If I remembered that correctly, good luck! Let us know how it goes

Yeah I don’t know what’s going on with Atlanta Field Office. Lucardo3 doesn’t have there interview till July 25 I believe.

So a little bit of good news looks like USCIS is delaying furloughs till August 31. To allow congress to add a supplemental bill to help with there suppose deficit. Well at least it gives the officers another month to work.

Yes, its ridiculous, but at least the furloughs have been delayed. This should give USCIS a month to get our interview dates sent out.

Hello ATL fam;

 

I attended my Oath ceremony today. It started at 2.15 pm on the dot and took about 10 mins maximum. We checked in and returned our GC was seated inside the ceremony room afterwards. There was about 20 people attending. IO was very quickly had us took the Oath of Alliance and we were done. There was another ceremony of 20 people before and after us so they are doing ceremonies non stop. I am glad i conclude my immigration journey as of today. Now headed to Passports forums you can find me hanging there
