TERRIFIED BY FORMER LANDLORD

Some of the users here are biased. Their stance change based on who is asking this question and what flag that person has on profile.
I see here someone overstayed the visa, living illegally and working illegally. See here a petitioner who does not have enough financial security or a stable income/job. It is clear that she cannot sponsor the illegal immigrant she is married with and it is more likely that they would become a public charge.
But many of the same people who were lecturing me how immoral it was for me to adjust status are now offering all kinds of "advise" here. Shame on you hypocrites.

But you were lecturing me two months ago about the opposite!

Huh

I looked at your history and see no threads from 2 months ago.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

It is all deleted. Anyways I think it is time for me not to see your "advises". That would be better for me. Good luck.

I have not deleted any of my posts and have no idea what you are going on about.

They're some persons who recently got their GC application approved from years of overstay. Just check the forums. Don't worry about ICE at the interview. Once there's no removal warning sent to her.

Be very careful. ICE is arresting people at their GC inteviews as they adjust from overstay to legal immigration. It was recently on the News.

You may want to search for pro bono immigration lawyers/ associations so if the worst happens you have as much documentation/ council as possible.

If I were you, the two of you should start making contingencies if the worst happens. i.e. if you could immigrate to her home country, where she could stay etc.

It's a very different time in U.S.A. and things that were previously taken for granted can no longer be counted on.

You are being alarmist. These are different situations, none of them are simple overstays

1. Regards someone who ILLEGALLY entered (not an overstay) and had an order of removal against him.
2. He reentered the U.S. after being removed (a felony)
3. Had orders of removal against them

It needed to be said again. Perhaps you should have not been so erroneous in your original post.
