Hi everyone,

Been a while since I posted on here. I received my biometrics re-use notice around the same time as others dated Feb 22. However my online case tracker hasn't updated in a long time. All it says is case received (on the new website)..since June 5th, my case number is not even recognized on the old website and all the case tracker app says is Validation Error(s). Is anyone else having this issue, how is it possible that so many cases right after mine and right before mine have been inputted in the system and all say Fingerprint reviewed or case transferred, but mine says validation error? I can see other numbers on there with validation error but not sure if these are also i-751 cases. Also should I be concerned that I have just been getting automated letters in the mail like the extension letter and no biometrics notice and that maybe they have lost my file or something and that's why it's not in the system?

Mine's the same even though I'm a May filer, but there were a couple of people in the January thread who said that their case never  changed in the new one and the old site never worked, they only found out they had approved green cards thanks to them coming in the mail lol.

My case got transferred to NSC from CSC. Apr 4th filer. Seems like most of the recent transfers from CSC got moved NSC.... My letter says "preliminary review has been completed"... is it the canned statement on everyone's letter too? Hopefully we will see approval from NSC in a few months.  I do not have a problem with even a interview request... I see it as a step closer to approval. I just do not want to deal with RFE

I came with hubby to do his biometrics. It’s a long line. I’m glad we got here 45 minutes before his appointment time. The line seems to be moving but only one receptionist to check on everyone. Just FYI....don’t just show up at your appointment time. Get there a bit early. We have been standing in line for 25 minutes now.

we were at the Dallas Application Support Center off Whitehurst.  We got in line at 9:20 and got to the check in reception by 9:55. Then waited another 15 minutes or so for our number to be called. Once they called the number, it took 5 minutes and we were out.

Were they able to give you any updates on your case?

no updates yet. Hoping they do soon and we get an approval soon. I would prefer for us to travel to india with his 10 year GC versus an expired one and extension letter.
