I say you’re approved.. it is highly possible some adjudicators are not yet in sync with the new system.

both systems are their official system ;) so I wouldn’t worry much. Also both systems are not in sync with each other, which I think another reason not to worry...

Same here. Old website and app say approved. New site says received. I did receive an email alert from USCIS too. I'm pretty confident we're fully approved.

In July, early July looked stuck for a while there.

ao it usually goes like this: they go through whole month touching a week back and forth from the date they are touching lately. Then once the whole month goes through (this is where we are now) they start doing bigger bulks that has mostly early and mid month filers (because for the rest it’s still normal timeline). So yep we are out of average but these next 2 weeks are the key! If you past the 3rd week (which will also be when you can submit an inquiry) then a case may considered slightly stuck.

if they go through next month and for example in our case they start November. Then let’s start crying matches cause I’ll be the first to join!

i need it either in these two weeks or not before my 300 days hit! Otherwise I will have to extend and my poe will most likely be December...sigh

I pray you're right.

So the next 2 weeks seem crucial. All the best to us.

HI every body

be patient is the definition of ours love story but I must confess it ‘s  difficult each day more and more . We received our NO2 21th September , and nothing yet . ...i m so  worried  and all doubts are confusing me now :( and if our request was  lost ...or if we are not approved... stupid doubts  stress me right now

I m very happy for all of you have their case approved ... when should we’ve be worried if we won’t have news from thE USCIS .the timeline from Vj indicates 26 to 31 march

 Sorry for my English 😊

I’ve honestly never felt less hopeful for anything than I do for mine and my fiancé’s visa than I do right now. I’m really struggling to understand how late August / early September filers are being left in the dark and late September filers have their NOA2’s already? Don’t get me wrong - I’m ecstatic to all approved, congratulations to you! I just wish that the process was fair for everyone. I feel they shouldn’t be skipping ahead to later petitions, it should always go in order of which they receive them. It’s officially been 210 days since we got our NOA1 - yet to receive RFE / NOA2.. ugh :(

It's great that people are getting approvals......but it hurts to see you/your approval get skipped over and over.

September 19th received

Noa1 hard copy received on the 21st September.

I absolutely agree. I bet I sound like a nagging salty so and so right now but I genuinely am so happy for those approved. I’ve just become

hopeless at this point. Did they lose our petitions? Are we rejected? What is going on? It’s so so SO frustrating and it hurts so much. I just wanna get my medical and interview booked so we have a date to look forward to. I’m so sorry to hear you’ve yet to be accepted as well.. fingers and toes crossed for us both. Have you tried calling and seeing what’s going on? Right now the only hope I’m clinging onto is the fact that CSC “processing times” currently says August 30th 2017

Nope haven't tried to contact them me and the fiancée are both trying to keep it together...we also have an attorney whom we talked to on Monday he said the USCIS is inconsistent like that, and that our petition should be granted soon

And please don't lose hope.....you gotta have some faith and hope, you'll get it.

Fingers crossed for you, good luck! I’ve decided that I’m going to be calling them tomorrow to see if they can tell me any information about what’s going on
