I'm guessing everyone has this message and it's actually 'passively' reviewing your case? Anyone also have this message? 

 

 

 

Yes, I can speak for myself, I had my biometric appointment this morning and I got the same message within 10 minutes of completing my biometric. My estimated completion date went down to 9 months from 11 months.

Hi there, it depends on how backlogged your field office is and their naturalization processing speed.

Just got my biometric done today. I came 15 minutes early and there was literally no one in the Orlando USCIS office, like I was the only person there with 4 employees. It took me less than 5 minutes to get my fingerprints scanned and I got out of there before my appointment time. Just wanna share my experience lol

I'm surprised! I look at my case today if it changes. Yes, it changes from the initial review last Thursday to USCIS has scheduled your interview appointment and will mail you the appointment notice.

Hey guys!

I had my biometrics last week.

It was on Monday morning.

Really really busy. Lot of lines and

lot of people, the whole place was packed. But they were pretty fast.

It all took about 30-40 minutes. 

They were pretty friendly too.

This was in Brooklyn, NYC.

With my luck, Atlanta will take 18 months to process it, haha.

 

Edit: just found the estimated data on my account "19 months / November 2019". So yeah, my own estimate was less worse than that, haha.

You need to take it all in as not all the information you uploaded will even be looked at.  For example, I went through a lawyer and he didnt send my tax records in or other documentation as it wasnt needed at that time.  Other things like proof of rental payments, military service, etc.  So I would take everything you have with you as you dont know what they have looked at and what they havent.  Better to be on the side of caution I think.  I have a big suspension folder with it all in it including all the NOAs from USCIS.  Take everything. Good luck
