I am applying on 3 year rule. But never had to apply for removal of conditions because I was already married for 2 years.

So you were married for two years before you applied for AOS, correct?

Their signature says married in 2011, AOS in 2014, so that would be a yes. ;)

Had my biometrics done today - case status just changed to:

"Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS as of April 9, 2018"

I'm guessing everyone has this message and it's actually 'passively' reviewing your case? Anyone also have this message?

Hopefully it means you are close.  We don't have that message.  It has been at this since the day after biometrics:

We reviewed your biometrics

You do not need to do anything at this time

We will let you know if we need anything else from you as we continue to review your application.

My USCIS account, which I just created, shows:

We are processing your form. It can take up to 48 hours for all of your case information to show on your home page.

But, they do knowledge they received the application on March 29th, so... When are they counting these 48 hours from? Or am I getting this message because I just created the account?

Do what England2Wisco said; it actually gave me more recent information.

Thanks for the help!

Just submit my N400. now I wait, hopefully not too long.

If you haven't learned by now: immigration is all about waiting. During my ROC, going for the first infopass appointment of the day was a metaphor for my immigration experience. Everyone waiting in a line, no one at the service desks, and no USCIS official to ask. After an hour of waiting, someone finally emerged and started serving people. Kinda how it feels for most people.

For the N400, we are looking at 1-2 years depending on field office.
