Hey dont feel like that! I was very mad with this process yesterday but today i woke up better. I just feel that my fiancee and I are closer than ever... You already infomed them about the confusion and they are already working on it. Stay strong, your approval is coming soon :)

You can't let the process get to you.   Remember you are not alone in this. There are a lot of us still here with you checking, calling and praying just like you.

I know for me this has been a very very frustrating process especially since we have no control.  Remind yourself it's part of you and you're fiances story and in the end it will all be worth it and you will have a wonderful story to tell.

Thank you everyone for your kind words.

Told by Tier 2 today that there is no RFE, and that our case is just still being processed. So who knows.

I’m just aware that we will ring up next week and get told that an RFE was sent out, and then when that doesn’t arrive, get told that no, one was never sent.

Hello All. I received my NVC number via email after 26 days however the email said that the 'IMMIGRANT Visa case had been expedited'. Neither I nor my fiance had submitted the request so we are unsure as to what this means. Will our next steps be any different? Would much appreciate any help.

Additionally, just wanted to confirm that it is in-fact DS160 that I, the beneficiary, have to fill out or is it the DS260?

Goodluck to everybody still waiting for NOA2 and NVC

Oh my goodness!  Just got 6 text messages from USCIS to check case status...  Approved!

It has been 233 days since NOA1,  and 9 days since they acknowledged the RFE response..  (forgot a checkbox)

I wept...

Yay!! Congrats!!! They text me a bazillion times today too and boom approved on the website. After 2 weeks of receiving my answer to my RFE, approved today.

hi all! august 31st petitioner here.

i've been in the september 2017 forum for a while but realized i should be here.

[NOA1 August 31, September 5 Submitted - which is what we were going off of]

i've been getting incredibly frustrated and disheartened in seeing late september 2017 filers being approved this week before late august filers.

i have everything crossed for all of us still awaiting NOA2's. don't give up hope just yet! processing times are sat at august 30th currently.

NOA1 - August 31st 2017 / 210 days
Submitted - September 5th 2017 - 204 days

Reading your timeline says your noa1 is dated sept 5.  You are a Sept filer.  The date you sent it doesn't count.
